These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the purchase of goods from Sport Line Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms comply with applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Directive 93/13/EEC on unfair contract terms, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. DEFINITIONS

“Consumer” means any natural person acting outside their trade or profession.

“Business Customer” means any legal entity or individual acting in a professional capacity.

“Goods” means products offered for sale on the website.

“Order” means a purchase request submitted by the Customer.

“Contract” means the legally binding agreement between the Customer and the Company upon order confirmation.

2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

2.1 Product listings on the website do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to treat.

2.2 A contract is concluded only when we confirm acceptance of the Order via email and/or dispatch confirmation.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders, including but not limited to cases of:

stock unavailability

pricing or system errors

suspected fraud or misuse

incomplete or incorrect information

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

3.1 All Goods are subject to availability.

3.2 In case of stock discrepancies after Order placement:

available items will be shipped

unavailable items will be refunded or held pending restock, based on Customer preference

3.3 We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

4.1 All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

4.2 We accept:

4.3 We reserve the right to refuse transactions at our sole discretion.

4.4 Payment via bank transfer must include Order number and Customer name.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery times are estimates only and are not legally binding unless expressly agreed.

5.2 Standard delivery times:

Domestic: 2–3 business days

International: 3–14 business days depending on carrier

5.3 Orders placed before 15:00 (UTC+02:00) are normally dispatched the same working day.

5.4 Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery of Goods.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

6.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

6.2 Additional shipping options may be offered for bulk or special orders.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMER LAW)

7.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

7.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the Consumer acquires physical possession of the Goods.

7.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform us via email:

7.4 The Consumer must return Goods:

unused

in original packaging

in resalable condition

7.5 The Consumer bears return shipping costs.

7.6 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of returned Goods.

7.7 We may withhold reimbursement until Goods are received or proof of return is provided.

7.8 Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. WARRANTIES AND DEFECTIVE GOODS

8.1 Goods are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee under EU law.

8.2 Consumers may submit claims within a reasonable period and no later than legal limits applicable under Bulgarian and EU law.

8.3 In case of approved claims, the Consumer may request:

repair

replacement

price reduction

refund (where legally applicable)

8.4 We will process claims within a reasonable timeframe, typically up to 30 days.

9. DELIVERY DAMAGE OR LOSS

9.1 Risk transfers upon delivery; however, Consumers must report visible damage immediately.

9.2 Customers should refuse visibly damaged parcels where possible.

9.3 Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier before resolution.

10. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

10.1 All applicable VAT is included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

10.2 For international deliveries, import duties and taxes may apply depending on destination country.

10.3 Customers may choose to prepay duties at checkout or pay upon arrival.

10.4 Refusal to pay import charges may result in return shipment at Customer expense. Refunds will exclude shipping and return costs.

11. CANCELLATION

11.1 Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

11.2 After dispatch, cancellation is not possible; the return policy applies.

12. LIABILITY

12.1 We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

12.2 We are not liable for:

indirect or consequential damages

delays caused by third-party carriers

misuse of Goods

12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
